Become an Independent Net Branch/Agent
As a Unifund independent net branch or agent, you operate your own office in the manner that is most appropriate for you. Unifund simply provides you with the administrative, operational and technological tools, allowing more time for you to develop your business.
Qualified applicants have:

1 year mortgage loan origination/real estate sales transaction experience. Or alternatively, have closed at least ten mortgage loans or real estate transactions. - A commitment to service, honesty and integrity.
Benefits Include but are not limited to:
- 100% commission less a $550.00 flat fee for all brokered loans and 100% commission less a $850.00 flat fee for all real estate transactions.
- Access to over 85 lenders and 37 states.
